About us
HEI-DA offers the resources, time and expertise to achieve innovative projects in the fields of media development and data journalism. It was founded in 2015 by Marianne Bouchart, former web producer and graphics editor at Bloomberg News EMEA. We are based in Lille, France and operate globally.
We’ve run programmes in Sub-Saharian Africa, Southeast Asia, Europe, and the Balkans. We’re looking forward to spreading our actions across other regions over the next years, in Arab countries and South America.
